Startup Process:

  1. Sign up and tell us a little bit about your company and preferences.
  2. Once we have this information we'll follow up with any questions we might have plus a blog design mockup for you to review.
  3. After approval we'll start building your blog. This process normally takes around 5-10 business days.
  4. Once the blog is ready we'll give you DNS instructions so you can display it on the domain of your choice, for example: blog.yourcompany.com.
  5. After your blog is live you'll be able to log in and choose the topics you wish to subscribe to. You'll also have full access to add/edit/remove blog posts.

How do you choose the blog topics that you feature?

Pronto's professional writers post blog articles almost daily. They start by creating a pertinent list of topics for each industry and then make a shortlist based on a number of factors:

  • Variety - Ensuring we provide variety to our clients.
  • Requests - We encourage our clients to submit blog requests through our help desk.
  • Topical / Seasonality - If a certain topic is in the news or currently relevant to an industry, we'll write a post about it. (e.g. maintaining a healthy diet during the holiday season for our Health & Fitness clients.)

How many blog articles will I receive a week?

It depends how many topics you subscribe to. Most of our clients receive at least one article per week. If you subscribe to more topics you'll get more articles, but you risk them being less relevant to your customers. We recommend starting with fewer topics that are more focused, then adding topics over time if you feel you'd like more content. Don't forget, with Pronto you can change your blogging preferences at any time.

We also encourage our customers to post their own blog articles and news stories related to their business. The best Pronto sites are the ones where clients enhance our blog service with their own stories and news.
