Facebook Advertising Setup

  1. Complete the signup form and indicate your monthly ad budget.
  2. If you don't have an existing Facebook business account, we'll follow up with instructions for creating one and will walk you through connecting your account to our ad management platform.
  3. Our team will start researching audience targets and preparing ad copy and design. This will take a few days to prepare and organize as we work out the best strategy for your campaigns. Once everything is ready, we'll send it to you for review.
  4. Upon your approval, we'll input your audience targets and ads into your Facebook Ads Manager account, and once you give us the green light, we'll set a launch date for your campaigns.
  5. As soon as we start collecting data on impressions, clicks and conversions, we'll start making adjustments to your campaigns to improve performance.
  6. At the end of each month of your campaign we'll send you a detailed report including data on overall spend, click through rate and conversions.
  7. At the end of 3 months we'll send you a high level report that looks at your campaign performance over the entire quarter. This will be followed up with a conference call with your dedicated consultant to discuss your campaigns and the best strategy for moving forward.

What about my ad budget?

Your ad budget will depend on your industry, competition, timeline, and goals. It will be paid directly to Facebook and won't be invoiced by Pronto. We recommend at least $1,000/m on top of our management fees. There is some flexibility around this, so if you'd like to start with a smaller budget, just let us know.

How can I keep track of my campaign performance?

Each month we'll send you a detailed report with information on your campaigns. You can also log into your Google Analytics or Facebook Ads Manager account to view data on your campaign performance.

Are landing pages for my campaigns included in this service?

Although we don't specifically include landing pages as a feature of this service, we're happy to create them for you if we think it will be beneficial for your campaigns.

Do you guarantee leads?

We can't make any promises about how many leads you'll receive. There are just too many variables involved for us to make that guarantee. That said, our goal is to drive qualified traffic and leads to your website and we'll ultimately judge the performance of your campaigns based on how much is spent on acquiring a new lead.

Why do you have a 3 month commitment?

Building a successful Facebook advertising campaign takes time. By running a campaign for at least 3 months, we'll have enough data to make the necessary adjustments and calculate an accurate ROI.
